Faded Spade Cards Helps Lucky Chances Celebrate 25 Years of Poker
Lucky Chances Casino in Northern California first opened its doors in early summer 1998. It was a fresh poker room and table games club in the San Francisco area, right in the heart of the Bay Area in Colma. And in 2023, Lucky Chances had the opportunity to celebrate 25 years since it welcomed its first players.
Complete with 60 tables, Lucky Chances reserves nearly 20 of them for poker on any given day. California-style table games are popular, but most of the regulars keep coming back for the poker. Today, the poker room boasts of a variety of options, always with Limit and No-Limit Hold’em, and lately with
Omaha games often, too. At least once per week, there is Stud and occasionally a mixed game. The variations keep players interested, but the reliable service and friendly poker atmosphere keep them coming back.
Now, players can also count on Faded Spade plastic playing cards on the tables. The thickness of the cards makes them strong, able to stand up to heavy card shuffler rotation, but they maintain their flexibility for dealers and players alike. The fresh, clean graphics are also a pleasant change from the same decks of yesteryear.
Founder and CEO of Faded Spade, Tom Wheaton, commented on the business connection, “We are always excited to bring new card rooms to our Faded Spade family, but it’s especially satisfying to form a bond with a staple in NorCal like Lucky Chances. We look forward working with the team!”
