What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

Faded Spade playing cards are currently shipped from our fulfillment center via with shipment tracking.  The average delivery is three days.  You will receive an automatic email with tracking information 24 hours after your order is processed.

INTERNATIONAL

Faded Spade playing cards are currently shipped from our fulfillment center with Door to Door Tracking.  The average delivery is seven to 10 days to Canada and most of Europe,  10 - 14 days to the Middle East, and 14+ days to the Asia Pacific.  The timing is largely determined by how many days the packages take to clear customs. You will receive an automatic email with tracking information 24 hours after your order is processed.

What is your return policy?

Cards - If your cards arrive damaged for any reason, please send an email within 24hrs of shipment receipt along with your order # and a picture of the damaged cards to service@fadedspade.com so we can assist with an exchange.

Apparel/Hats - We do not accept returns on our custom printed apparel unless there is a misprint or the item has a manufacturing defect. Please send an email within 24hrs of shipment receipt along with your order # and a picture of the issue to service@fadedspade.com so we can assist with an exchange.

How do I order wholesale?

Email sales@fadedspade.com for wholesale prices starting at more than 1000 playing card sets.

Need a single replacement card?

Did you lose or damage a single card in your set? If so, we would be happy to mail you out a single replacement card as long as it is within 12 months of the original purchase date & we have that card version still available.
